Brain exercising games increase your brain fitness by challenging your brain in memory and response time challenges. Each of the games allows you to measure your starting performance so that you can estimate your current performance and see how with a little training you can improve your reaction time and your memory as you strengthen the neural pathways that build on these particular skills.
OK, let's start easy! In this brain training game, you will be able to measure your reaction times. It goes without saying that the quicker, the better!
When the gun goes off, click the left mouse button on the game. Each round gets more difficult and if you don't meet the time challenge, then you have to start again...
If you are using a mouse you should be looking at reaction times of less than 0.25 seconds as a good performance (if you are using a laptop with a touch pad, then anything under 0.27 will be suitable).

You probably used to play this word finding brain training game when you were in school. The idea of course is to find the word and circle it within the jumbled mix of letters.
The benefit of this game is not in learning words, it is in pattern recognition of that word within a mixture of random letters. Being able to quickly identify patterns asists logical thinking and can also help you to be able to train your brain to distinguish between meaningful data when presented with many options.
